1. Are the ink pads reusable?

Yes, each ink pad will give you approximately 2-3 uses.

Though we have had customers saying they've been able to reuse it 4 times. Please bear in mind when reusing the ink pad 3-4 times the print colour may not be as bold.

2. What is included in the ‘No-Mess’ Baby Print ink kits?

1 x Clean touch ink pad (ink never touches skin) and paper.

3. What is the size of the ink pads?

9.5cm Length x 5.5cm Width.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

5. What currency is your website in?

USD.

6. My delivery says it’s delivered but I haven’t received it?

Sometimes this happens especially if no one is home. Please check with your local post office/local courier to see where your shipment is.

Please be aware if the order was sent to the local post office and not collected within their pickup time frame it will be shipped back to the warehouse. The cost of shipping this item back is at the customer’s own expense.

Baby Print Co. is not liable for any reasonable unforeseen issues incurred by local couriers.

7. How do I know who my local courier is?

Local courier details are usually identified with your tracking number when using AfterShip. If you are having trouble finding this information, please email us at help@babyprintco.com and we can help you out.
